The TDX “Family of Companies” are comprised of over 30 companies that are industry leaders in village utilities, renewable energy, generation, engineering, IT, fiber optics, building construction, heavy civil construction, fuel sales, island tourism, and hotels. TDX POWER
TDX Power is a recognized expert in small utility systems and a leader in renewable energy power generation. The company operates three regulated electric utilities and one wholesale provider in Alaska, maintaining critical, must-run generation services with an average uptime of 99.8%.
Over the last 12 years, clients in both the public and private sector have come to rely on TDX Power to develop, implement, and operate reliable, cost-effective solutions using diesel, natural gas, and/or renewable energies. In addition, TDX Power assists clients in meeting their energy needs through Power Purchase Agreements.
TDX SAND POINT GENERATING
SPG is a seasoned utility operator and energy services contractor with expertise in remote location logistics and the use of renewable energies in critical operating environments.
The company developed its remote expertise as the primary power provider in Sand Point, Alaska, supplying vital power to more than 1,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the Aleutian Island community.

BSEn is a subsidiary of the Bering Sea Group of TDX Holdings LLC, which is owned by the Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX). TDX is a uniquely structured and diversified management and development corporation with other subsidiaries working in Information Technology, Power Generation, and Hotel fields.

Bering Sea Eccotech is a wholly owned subsidiary of TDX Holdings, LLC. TDX is an Alaska Native Corporation representing St. Paul Island, the largest Aleut community in the world. St. Paul Island is one of five Pribilof Islands located in the Bering Sea. Tanadgusix Holdings and its subsidiaries are a diversified and varied business operation.
