The Esther Simplot Park Outlet is located on the Boise River that delivers water to the Farmers Union Ditch Company that serves the community of Boise and Garden City since 1894. For this effort, TDX completed dewatering of the existing intake structure on the Boise River, clearing and demolition of legacy elements, concrete cutting, placement of 190 L.F. of 42 inch rolled concrete pipe, 20 L.F. of 36” PVC pipe, two head wall structures, with trash racks, gates and flow meter with a solar panel on a 16 ft mast arm. Ancillary work included site restoration, riprap placement, site grading, and removal of all dewatering and erosion control features.
